Agreement

By using Marvel Rivals Meta (https://marvelrivalsmeta.sinistous.com), operated by Sinistous Studios, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The service

Marvel Rivals Meta provides Marvel Rivals hero search, team composition tools, patch-note links, and optional Premium features including site-wide player rankings (as they roll out) and an ad-free experience. Hero catalog data is synced from third-party public sources and our bundled roster. We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness.

Accounts

You must sign in to use certain features. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

Premium subscriptions

• Premium is billed through Stripe at the prices shown on our pricing page (currently $1.99/month or $23.88/year, subject to change with notice).
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• Manage or cancel your subscription through your Stripe receipt email or contact us via Sinistous Studios if you need help.
• Refunds are handled case by case. Stripe's payment processing terms also apply.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the site or its APIs
• Submit false player profile or ranking data
• Impersonate other players or misrepresent your in-game identity
• Use the site for unlawful purposes
• Reverse engineer or resell access to the service without permission

Intellectual property

Marvel Rivals, Marvel characters, hero names, ability names, and related game assets are property of Marvel Entertainment, NetEase Games, and their respective owners. Marvel Rivals Meta is an independent fan tool and is not affiliated with Marvel Entertainment, NetEase Games, or the Marvel Rivals development or publishing teams.

The site design, code, and original written content are owned by Sinistous Studios unless otherwise noted.

Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accurate rankings, or that the service will meet your expectations. Use at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sinistous Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including loss of data or subscription fees beyond amounts paid in the prior twelve months.

Changes

We may modify these terms or the service at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
